To keep our products as natural as possible, but also to make them as durable as possible, so that you can enjoy them for a long time, we have to be up to date for surface treatment -and also sometimes find creative solutions.

Thus, we plant trees on behalf of our customers, which is another of our contributions to the environment - neutralizing over time the CO2 emissions of your project with us and that of our company. For more info, look here in the "About us" section.

What is the ordering process?

1. Contact us by e-mail or telephone and tell us what you would like to have made. If necessary, you will receive a detailed questionnaire that will help you to create an accurate design and cost estimate. You can also make an appointment for your project by video conference or in person.

2. We will provide you with an approximate cost estimate based on the information provided. If the estimate is within your budget, please proceed to the next step.

3. Several design options are available. I will contact you to discuss these options with you. Once a final design is approved, I will provide you with a formal quote and if approved, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your order. A lead time is also given, which is generally 6-8 weeks.

4. This is where your ideas come to life. It is very important to us that you enjoy this process as much as we do. So you are welcome to visit our workshop to follow the journey of your work through to completion.
